Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Visdap: Visual Day Planner (formerly Time for Life) software applications and watch faces published by Woder (developer name of Oleksandr Miletskyi, "we", "us", "our") on Google Play, the Apple App Store and the Microsoft Store, and, from its release, on the Mac App Store.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Visdap (including the Android phone app, the Wear OS app and 24h watch face, the iPhone app and, from its release, the Mac app, together with their widgets, and the Windows app), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the application.

2. License and Permitted Use

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app on personal devices you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial productivity and time management purposes, in accordance with these Terms and the rules of the store you got the app from.

Apps from the Apple App Store and Mac App Store: your use of the iPhone and Mac apps is also governed by Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement (standard EULA). If these Terms conflict with that agreement for the iPhone or Mac apps, the Apple agreement prevails.

3. Pro Features, Purchases, and Subscriptions

• Visdap Pro is an auto-renewable subscription (monthly or yearly, where offered). Payment is processed by the store you got the app from — Google Play Billing, Apple (App Store and Mac App Store) or the Microsoft Store. We never collect or store your payment card details.
• Renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. The renewal is charged to your store account within 24 hours before the period ends.
• Managing and cancelling: Google Play — Google Play Subscriptions; iPhone and Mac — your Apple Account settings › Subscriptions (apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions); Windows — your Microsoft account › Services & subscriptions.
• Refunds: Refunds are handled by the store under its own policy — Google Play support, Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com, or Microsoft support.
• One subscription on Apple devices: once the Mac app is released, a Visdap Pro subscription bought on iPhone will also unlock Pro in the Mac app with the same Apple Account, and vice versa. Purchases do not transfer between different stores.

4. User Data and Privacy

Visdap is designed as an offline-first application. All your tasks, schedules, categories, vision presets, and reminders are stored locally on your device. We do not operate external accounts or store your private data on our servers. Please review our Privacy Policy for full details.

5. AI Assistant (Windows, optional)

Suggestions are generated by a third-party AI model (Claude by Anthropic) under your own Anthropic account and terms. They may be inaccurate or incomplete; you decide whether to apply them and remain responsible for your plans. Anthropic's charges are between you and Anthropic.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The application is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. While we strive for maximum precision in notifications and alarms, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation under all device power management and battery-saver conditions.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Woder shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the application.

8. Modifications to the Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Any revisions will be published with an updated effective date. Continued use of the application following the posting of changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
